Product Manager
Diveinto product and UX, engage with our customers, triangulate their needs, predict the future, dig deep on the use data and invent, iterate, and innovate! Work with customers and members of our design, development, sales, customer success and exec teams to build great products and great customer advocacy. Do you have:

  • 4-5 years’ experience as a functional analyst, product manager or solution consultant?
  • Experience working with HCM/HRIS, Zynga, Salesforce or performance management apps?
  • Technical depth and UX awareness?
  • Great customer skills?

  • At least a BA, but preferably a BS and/or very strong data science skills?

Sales Development Representative
Reach out to existing and new accounts to engage customers, expand their use of Workboard and help them purchase first-time and additional seats! The Sales Development Representative is an entry-level position and will generate buying demand for Workboard from target accounts throughout North America. Your typical workday and week would involve looking at current customer behavior to identify upsell opportunities, using various internet and research resources to locate prospects, making 60 calls to prospective companies to engage key contacts, and taking orders over the phone and web. You’ll respond to incoming requests for pricing, packages and purchase assistance as well.

  • At least one year of sales experience in the tech arena or some killer non-tech sales experience?

Senior User Interface Engineer

Senior Software Engineer

  • Architect and maintain distributed systems, focusing on reliability, security and scalability.
