Senior System Software Engineer

  • Architect and maintain distributed systems, focusing on reliability, security and scalability.
  • Identify key scaling/stability pain points and implement solutions.
  • Implement security best practices.
  • Design and develop highly scalable application programming interfaces and services to be used by web and mobile clients.
  • Work closely with product team to design and implement user experience flows.
  • Collaborate on the server side changes required for the user experience flows.
  • Provide leadership in areas of security and robustness against attacks.

Enterprise Customer Success Advocate
In this role, you’ll provide excellent, proactive support to customers and work closely with our strategic account managers to make sure customers have an awesome experience with Workboard. Respond to incoming requests (low volume) and proactively guide customers to realize the full solution value by engaging over the phone and Web as well as in person at client sites.  Read More ↓

Take a strategic and scalable approach to customer success by taking ownership for onboarding new clients, providing training and developing training tools, enhancing the help center with great content in various media. Lead general customer community calls and events as well as large enterprise power user groups.

Working with the marketing team, identify campaigns and tools to amplify customer success and increase your efficiency. Provide direct high-context input to the product team to inform roadmap decisions with customer feedback.

Workboard is easy to learn and support, and you’ll be the expert of experts. We use ZenDesk, Zopim, MixPanel, Slack, Vero and other cool tools of the trade.

  • 1-3 years of client-facing experience in the tech arena or some killer non-tech service experience?
