Account Executive – Enterprise New Business

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present a thorough territory / strategic accounts plan with a detailed lead generation strategy
- Meet with C-level, LOB executives and other key stakeholders
- Close net new Fortune 1000 accounts
- Work with sales team to promptly qualify and develop inbound opportunities
- Identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to position WorkBoard to win
- Exceed activity, pipeline and revenue targets
- Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in sales system
- Apply a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers
- Bring creative selling ideas to the team and share your expertise and insights to help the organization grow
- Act with character, compassion and credibility every day
Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree from a top school
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience; 5 years selling SaaS business solutions
- Prior successful customer relationships with C-level buyers
- Business savvy, executive credibility with ability to engage customers on their strategies and convey how WorkBoard will accelerate and amplify their outcomes
- Successful track record of exceeding sales quotas in an early stage start-up environment
- Proven ability to manage complex, enterprise sales cycles from start to finish
- Quarterback our solutions team resources to drive fast closes
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High energy and positive attitude with a passion goals
