  • Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in sales system

  • Bring creative selling ideas to the team and share your expertise and insights to help the organization grow
  • Act with character, compassion and credibility every day


  • 4-year college degree from a top school
  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience; 5 years selling SaaS business solutions
  • Prior successful customer relationships with C-level buyers
  • Business savvy, executive credibility with ability to engage customers on their strategies and convey how WorkBoard will accelerate and amplify their outcomes
  • Successful track record of exceeding sales quotas in an early stage start-up environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex, enterprise sales cycles from start to finish
  • Quarterback our solutions team resources to drive fast closes
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • High energy and positive attitude with a passion goals
