As a Growth Strategist, you’ll be a key player in driving the adoption of WorkBoard by supporting the pre-sales engagements with our existing and prospective enterprise customers. You’ll support our sales organization in building trusted advisor status with business leaders who have strategic priorities and urgency to achieve them while positioning and driving preference for our platform.
Your work will also include collaborating with the leadership team to identify demand generation, messaging, sales enablement and sales execution best practices. Additionally, you will be working with product marketing, product management, client services and customer success leadership to provide valuable insights from customer engagements that will influence our product roadmap and how we help our customers achieve a sustainable growth advantage.

Bring 3+ years of business or management consulting experience working in fast paced environments where you had direct access to leadership. An entrepreneurs mindset, an appetite for learning and motivation to solve complex problems. A business degree from a great school (MBA is a plus). You’ll be skilled and super effective at:
