Jedd leads Poly’s Global Sales Acceleration office where he owns and drives Global Alliance Partner Acceleration, Global Sales Acceleration, and Global Sales Operations. His responsibilities include incubation of new products and acquisitions, as well as developing the overall product strategy, sales strategy, and leadership of the global sales acceleration programs. He has more than 27 years of experience working for large telecom and technology companies, including twenty-two years at Cisco.
A native of Texas, Jedd now lives in Fort Worth with his wife and three children.

Head of Strategy Operations
Ryan is Head of Strategy Operations at GHX. In this role he is focused on accelerating growth and customer value by directing the execution and governance of global strategic priorities. He also leads the quarterly OKR planning program to drive a results-centric culture by improving alignment, clarity and accountability across the organization. He is an accomplished leader with 20 years of consulting and industry experience solving challenges in corporate strategy and business process optimization.
In his glory days, Ryan was a competitive runner and cyclist, but now gets his exercise by chasing around his identical twin daughters.
