Alexandra Malak is the Vice-President of HR in charge of People Innovation and Digital Transformation for the Renault Group, part of the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance. She leads the Digital and People Analytics transformation for the HR function and the 170,000 employees of the Renault Group. Prior to her current role, she was the Head of HR for the IS/IT & Digital Global Function supporting the CIO of the Renault Group.

Before her joining Renault, Alexandra held several HR Leadership roles working for BIC Corporation. She partnered with Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing and Corporate Functions out of France and the USA.

VMware

Jake is a Global People Development Lead at VMware. He drives strategy and execution for enterprise-wide performance management. Jake is also leading VMware’s transition to OKRs and is focused on enabling change across the organization to accelerate this transformation for 35,000+ employees. He has over 13 years of experience in the organization development and talent management functions primarily in the technology industry.

Jake lives in southern California with his wife and young daughter. You can find him riding his bike along the beach and coastal routes on the weekends.
