Steve Shafer is President of the Automotive and Aerospace Solutions Division at 3M. A growth leader with a unique combination of strategic, transformation, and operational leadership experience across multiple industries around the world, his most recent experience has involved leading through the fast pace of change, disruption, and digitization across global markets. Prior to 3M he held senior executive positions at McKinsey and Ford Motor Company.
