Sameera has personally coached over 1,000 teams to set and align OKRs, and is one of the most experienced OKR coaches in the world. She is a member of the Results Foundry faculty and works directly with senior leaders across Ford, Workday, Juniper, Unilever, AstraZeneca, and other large enterprises. Sameera has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz and has lived and worked in Spain and the UK.
