Kate joined AstraZeneca in May 2020, as Director of Strategy, Transformation and Performance. She started her career in aerospace & defense software, at Analytical Graphics, Inc., in the technical support department where she continued into the product management department for another 5 years.K ate brings over 15 years of experience in transformational change across industries, organizations, programs and processes to help teams bring strategies to life. She is an active member of the Project Management Institute and serves as a panel reviewer for Program Management Professional® (PgMP) applicants. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology from Immaculata University.
