Mary is Senior Director of Business Operations at Trellix, specializing in driving execution, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. Since the company’s launch, she has led Business Operations for the Executive Leadership Team, formalizing processes like OKRs and business metrics reviews that were crucial during the company’s early phase. Most recently, Mary pioneered the creation of Trellix’s corporate strategy office. Previously, Mary managed Business Operations for FireEye Products through its transition to private equity. Mary holds a Master of Business Administration from Willamette University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Westminster University.
