
Charles Jeffries has 24 years of experience in operations and the semiconductor industry with Lam Research. He holds an MBA in Business Management and Leadership at Lam and started in the industry as a Field Service Engineer, supporting Intel’s R&D site with installations, maintenance, and upgrades of semiconductor equipment. Since 2011, he has held various leadership roles, including Etch Senior Field Service Manager, Global Installed Base Performance Manager, and Manufacturing Production Support Manager. Currently, he oversees the Lam Management System, Supplier Development and Risk, Business Continuity Plans, and other critical operations functions in Global Supply Chain management.

Jason has 22 years of operations experience across defense, aerospace, and semiconductor industries. Residing from the Pacific Northwest, he earned a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from Oregon Tech and an MBA from Washington State University. In 2021, he joined Lam as a Sr. Manager of Manufacturing Engineering, overseeing Tooling/Fixtures Engineering, Systems & Technology Engineering, and the Project Management Office in Tualatin. Recently, he transitioned to Order Fulfillment with focus on global project management standardization and continuous improvement. Before Lam, he worked as a senior leader for a CH-47 Helicopter OEM.
