Graduated in International Management from Bocconi University, Stefano Corradino has built extensive experience in the banking and insurance sector, holding both consulting and corporate roles in Italy and abroad. At Gruppo Sella, he leads the Execution Governance team, working closely with the CEO, CFO and Top Management to drive the execution of the Group’s strategic plan, ensuring alignment and focus across an organization with 16 Business Units of more than 6,500 employees spread across 6 nations. His work combines traditional project portfolio management with innovative approaches such as OKR methodologies, fostering agility, transparency and accountability throughout the Group.
