Jeff Gothelf is a business agility pioneer and bestselling author who bridges Lean UX, OKRs, and product leadership to help companies ship better products faster. He coaches executives on customer-centric cultures that thrive in uncertainty, blending humility, curiosity, and evidence-based decisions.

Co-author of Lean UX (3rd ed.), Sense & Respond, and Who Does What By How Much?—the definitive OKR playbook—he founded Neo Innovation, a global Lean/Agile agency sold in 2015, after early roles at AOL and iXL during the dot-com era.
