Priscilla serves as the Product and Program Management Leader for Boeing’s Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) function, where she shapes and strengthens the organization’s product strategy and program management discipline. In this dual role Priscilla guides and develops the IDT&S product and program management community, drives the adoption of best practices, and fosters a culture of outcome-focused thinking alongside disciplined delivery. She partners with product leaders and program managers to ensure teams deliver measurable value through well-defined outcomes formulated via objectives, key results, and business cases. Priscilla is currently building the foundation for a sustainable product operating model that fuels innovation and business impact by unifying product vision with program execution.
Prior to this role, Priscilla served as Chief of Staff to the VP of Business and Supply Chain Systems, VP of IT Corporate Business Partner & Strategy, and VP of IT Supply Chain Systems. Priscilla has been recognized for her contributions in the technology industry and is a two-time award winner for Waves of Change STEM (WOCT). She holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of La Verne, a graduate degree in Information Systems from the University of Denver, and a dual associates degree in Aviation Science and Commercial Flight from Mount San Antonio College.
