To support the delivery of our Services, WorkBoard engages and uses data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each, a "Subprocessor"). This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Subprocessor.
WorkBoard uses a commercially reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of proposed subprocessors that will or may have access to or otherwise process Customer Data. WorkBoard’s engagement of each Subprocessor is subject to a written agreement containing data protection terms required by applicable data privacy laws.
Below are Subprocessors that WorkBoard engages today; this list is subject to change at WorkBoard's discretion.

Yes; depending on the geographic location of a customer, and the nature of the Services provided, WorkBoard may also engage one or more of the following affiliates as subprocessors to deliver some or all of the Services provided to customers. The WorkBoard affiliates involved in the processing of personal data will depend on the location of business users, and the nature of the services WorkBoard is providing.
