About Rob Frohman
A natural systems thinker, Rob is co-founder and CEO of The Co8 Group, a company focused on rethinking business agility for the next decade through the lenses of innovation, strategy execution, alignment and accountability. Rob’s ability to identify an organization’s needs and potential led him to create a consultancy focused on helping organizations deliver more value, more effectively.
Rob’s previous work as the head of Agility Transformation for Fortune 500 companies has led to the successful integration of agile and lean practices, increasing quality and predictability at the program and portfolio levels, while increasing organizational alignment to strategic priorities.
Rob holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management (MS) from Tufts University and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from UNH.

Deidre Paknad has founded and led three tech startups, acquired companies and been acquired, and led a high-growth business as an executive at IBM for several years; this affords her a unique perspective on using both speed and scale to drive growth. In her role as CEO at WorkBoard, she works with senior leadership teams at some of the world’s largest companies to clarify, align, and drive strategic priorities with greater speed and agility.
