Chris Cravens is a technology executive who has built, scaled, and transformed global teams for some of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley. Currently on Sabbatical, Chris is investing in family, health, and wellness while considering what’s next.
Through Chris’ career, he’s had the opportunity to build and scale teams in some of the fastest growing companies in the Valley, including building multiple technology and operations teams at Uber as the company was doubling quarterly, heading IT at Zynga through the explosion of Farmville and the rise of social gaming, and leading transformation at Splunk as they scaled from $800M to over $2B in revenue.
Chris is a practitioner of Servant Leadership and OKRs management, seeking always to bring greater understanding of purpose and a clear vision of success. Mentorship, coaching, and personal development give Chris’ great joy and he enjoys working with emerging leaders.
When not building, advising, or investing in companies, Chris enjoys time with his family, cooking, and playing music.

In her role as CEO at WorkBoard, she works with senior leadership teams at some of the world’s largest companies to clarify, align, and drive strategic priorities with greater speed and agility. She is a frequent speaker on Outcome Mindset™ and tapping into ambition.
Deidre has over a dozen patents and has twice been inducted into the Smithsonian Institution for innovation. Goldman Sachs named her one of the 100 most intriguing entrepreneurs of 2019. Deidre hosts The OKR Podcast, which focuses on accelerating outcomes and fostering an outcomes culture.
