Senior OKR Coach Profile

Senior coaches work directly with top-level executive teams and line of business leadership teams to help them drive to radical clarity on their objectives and key results. This step is crucial to a high integrity process and high velocity results. Senior coaches often oversee the OKR process and ensure alignment of OKRs throughout the organization using strategic consulting skills and a deep understanding of the essence of the company’s objectives and key results.

Experience/Qualifications

  • MBA
  • 6 years of internal or external strategy consulting (McKinsey, Deloitte, Accenture, Bain or similar)
  • Strong managerial and leadership skills, and at least 2 years of experience leading teams (including coaching and mentoring teammates). Able to provide timely, actionable feedback, guidance and coaching that is well received by your audience
  • Comfortable in executive conversations, and experience leading workshops with CxOs and SVPs

OKR Coach Profile

Coaches work facilitate OKR setting through working sessions with teams from VP level to front line teams, ensuring and enabling teams define and align OKRs effectively. They often work with Senior Coaches on broad-based OKR programs. Coaches provide in-the-moment coaching during the quarter to help teams stay results focused, provide frameworks and coaching on OKR resets, and get actively involved in setting OKRs when there are major shifts in the company’s strategic priorities (typically every six or eight months)

Experience/Qualifications

  • MBA
  • 2 years of internal or external strategy consulting experience (McKinsey, Deloitte, Accenture, Bain)
  • Experience and comfortable facilitating workshops and fact finding sessions
