Sameera is Senior Director and Practice Leader, OKR Solutions at WorkBoard and works closely with enterprise leaders and their teams to define, align, measure their strategic priorities, and drive real time alignment. She facilitates the transition to the OKR methodology and enables a fast start and continued acceleration with WorkBoard.
Sameera has helped over 3,000 teams at every level and function set and align OKRs. She’s certified over 1500 people in the OKR coach approach and has been an OKR coach to companies like 23andme, Microsoft, Workday, Cisco, IBM, Samsung, Reliance Industries, Cision, and more.

Deidre Paknad has founded and led three tech startups, acquired companies and been acquired, and led a high-growth business as an executive at IBM for several years; this affords her a unique perspective on using both speed and scale to drive growth. In her role as CEO at WorkBoard, she works with senior leadership teams at some of the world’s largest companies to clarify, align, and drive strategic priorities with greater speed and agility. She is a frequent speaker on Outcome Mindset™ and tapping into ambition.
