About John Glander
John Glander is an SVP at JP Morgan Chase. Prior to JPMC, he was the SVP of Lending Strategy, Products, and Sales at First Republic Bank where he spent 15+ years growing the organization from 700 people to 7500+ people. John is a certified Results Management Leader.
About Duncan Hawksbee
Duncan Hawksbee is the Director of Strategic Execution within the Corporate Strategy team at Trimble with overall responsibility for the company’s OKR Program. He has been a practicing OKR Coach and Results Management Leader for 3 years. Prior to getting involved with the OKR methodology, Duncan was part of a corporate process improvement team with a focus on Lean methods and Team Effectiveness. Duncan is an experienced and long serving employee, now in his 29th year at Trimble. Duncan is based in Colorado.
